Refunds and Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly return or exchange it. The request for a return MUST BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt.
Return/Exchange Policy
Complete the return and exchange form enclosed in every package or click here to download the form. Please indicate if you prefer to receive a refund or make an exchange. Only merchandise returned in its original condition with the tags and or original packaging in place will be considered for return/exchange. Please allow 1-2 weeks from receipt of your return for The Corner Store Sonoma to process and ship your replacement/exchanged item.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be shipped to you free of charge. Please specify on your return/exchange form whether or not you would like to exchange for a different size or item. If your item is defective or damaged, please indicate this on your return/exchange form and we will gladly send a replacement.
Returns
A credit will be issued to your credit card as soon as we receive and process your return. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you were shipped the wrong product in error, you may return the product at our expense for a full refund of the purchase price and shipping charges. You must call 707-996-2211 to get a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping your return.
